Autumn is getting closer, as is the public release of the next major updates to Apple’s operating systems. In the meantime, the company continues to release beta versions of updates.
Apple today released its fourth beta of iOS 14, iPadOS 14, watchOS 7, tvOS 14, and macOS Big Sur to developers. As a reminder, the third beta was released on July 22nd. The company will continue to release beta versions until the final release. This is necessary in order to find and fix all flaws in the system, as well as give developers the opportunity to update their applications in advance.
Developers can download all updates from Apple’s Developer Portal. Updates can also be installed over the air on registered devices. The new beta tvOS 14 is installed via the Xcode profile.
It is unlikely that the new beta will have significant new features. However, the third beta included several changes, including Snapchat integration for Apple Music and a new icon for the music service.
If changes are found in the fourth beta versions, we will definitely write about them.
