The Apple A5 chip powers the iPhone 4s, iPad 2, iPad mini, iPod touch 5 and Apple TV 3G. The A5X chip is used in the iPad 3. All of these gadgets are theoretically susceptible to hacking using the vulnerability found by the hacker iH8sn0w. In addition, the discovered vulnerability can help to find a “hole” in iBoot for the A6 and A7 processors.

iH8sn0w is not going to use the vulnerability it found to jailbreak A5 (X) devices yet.
