In early July, hackers from the TaiG team released a utility for jailbreaking iOS 8.4 devices. For a long time, the utility was only available in the Windows version, but today its Mac version has finally been released.
As a reminder, TaiG was not the first to release a utility for jailbreaking iOS 8.4. The leader here is held by hackers from PP, who released their solution earlier than anyone else and caused a storm of indignation from the TaiG team, claiming that their Chinese colleagues used the modified code of the previous version of the TaiG Jailbreak Tool. However, the hackers were not upset for long, and very soon they released their own updated version of the TaiG Jailbreak Tool, which added support for devices running iOS 8.4.
Recall that only the Windows version came out, but the hackers worked on the OS X version for more than a month. But in the end, a new utility was born, which can be downloaded from the TaiG team website (direct download link). The jailbreak process on Mac does not differ from that on Windows, and we once told about it in the detailed instructions.
