IPhone 11 Pro Max successor will be slightly thinner and longer than its predecessor

The authors of the Japanese resource MacOtakara shared another batch of rumors about the iPhone 12. According to the data received from the suppliers of the apple company in China, all four smartphones, which will be presented this fall, will receive OLED screens and will be equipped with a facial recognition system.

Also, the authors of the Japanese resource report some changes related to the thickness and size of devices. Sources for MacOtakara report that the successor to the iPhone 11 Pro will feature a 6.7-inch screen. At the same time, the smartphone will become slightly longer than last year’s model, and its thickness will decrease from 8.1 to 7.4 mm. The sources do not specify how this will affect the capacity of the battery and the strength of the case.

As for other new products, the authors of MacOtakara note that the iPhone with a 5.4-inch screen will be somewhere between the iPhone SE and iPhone 8 in size. The device will be equipped with an advanced filling and a main camera with two lenses, identical to the iPhone 11. Similar modules will also be used in one of the 6.1-inch new products.

Recall that according to forecasts of some analysts this year Apple will show at least four new smartphones. Moreover, in addition to 5.4 and 6.7-inch devices, the Cupertinians can release two devices with 6.1-inch screens.
